Tonia Furniss-Roe is the business manager for McKinney Immigration Law. She was born and raised in Greensboro, NC and is a graduate of Guilford College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Tonia has been with the firm since 2001. During her free time she likes to travel, read and spend time with her family.

Priscilla Almeida-Rankin

Priscilla Almeida-Rankin is a paralegal with McKinney Immigration Law. Priscilla Almeida-Rankin is a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. Priscilla relocated to the United States in 2004. In 2007, she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and in 2010 she obtained a Master’s in Spanish Literature from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Priscilla joined McKinney Immigration in 2007. She works with our employment based immigration and removal defense clients.

Evelyn Coreas

Evelyn Coreas is a paralegal with McKinney Immigration Law. She was born in New York but raised in North Carolina and is fluent in Spanish. She attended Rutherford Early College High School and received her Associate’s degree, and then attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish. During her free time, Evelyn enjoys reading, going to festivals and spending time with family and friends.

Alma Hernandez

Alma Hernandez is an immigration paralegal with McKinney Immigration Law. She was born and raised in Mexico City. Her family relocated to Reidsville, NC when she was 9 years old. Alma is fluent in both Spanish and English. Alma is working towards acquiring her Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. During her free time, Alma enjoys traveling, new experiences, and adventures with her dog.

Courtney Schell is an immigration paralegal with McKinney Immigration Law. She was born in West Virginia but was raised in Richmond, Virginia. She moved to North Carolina in 2005. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Greensboro with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a pre-law concentration and hopes to return to school in the future to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree. In her free time she enjoys hiking with her dogs, spending time with family and reading.
